^{Alright, first critique, so here it goes! I'll start with the positive.
POSITIVE: The reflection in the mirror is spot on! The pose is awesome and, like Jed said, the right ear... Its placement is perfect. The patterns are correct and I love the eerie, sort of somber feel the picture has.
NEGATIVE: Although the mirror is very nice, the face that the bottom looks straight when you put the top at an angle looks a little awkward. The texture is okay, it does very well for the cracked mirror, but I think if it'd been a tiny bit more transparent on the character and the edge of the mirror, The picture would be even better.
The piece is overall quite lovely.
